Since 1991 Al Borg has served 10 million patients by conducting

Bar Code System
Al Borg’s bidirectional bar coding system leaves no room for human error when
placing patient samples in equipment or clerical errors when printing patient
results.

900 including 146 doctors work in Al Borg Laboratory to cover all
specialties of laboratory medicine.
In addition we provide both sample collection & final result delivery to your home or office.

Continuous Education
Al Borg Training & Continuous Education Center was established to enhance
on-the-job-skills of all employees and staff in the field of laboratory
medicine, health and safety awareness as well as management.
As an additional service to the community, the center provides training to
select undergraduate and postgraduate students of Medicine, Science and
Pharmacology.

Quality Management
A department for Total Quality Management (TQM) was established by Al Borg to
plan, standardize, control and improve the analytical process. Through this
department we have achieved certification and built a competent team of
internal auditors. The WHO currently uses our auditors as part of a program to
establish laboratory quality assurance in regional labs.
Al Borg plans to be fully accredited (ISO 15189) by 2008
